Phone interview with manager followed then by an interview in person. Was an easy interview to be honest and I was told I had the job there and then, didn’t have to wait for a phone call days later.

Phone interview at first then follow up face to face. Kept informed throughout the process, friendly and professional communication. Questions were fairly straightforward, focus on retail skills and experience as well as knowledge of fashion trends etc
