      benefits (seemed to be the only pro I could count).

      Cons

      management struck me as extremely insecure, dysregulated, and childish. displayed what scanned to me as a disgraceful level of narcissistic, abusive, and antisocial behavior, which was shamefully enabled by the institution. deeply broken and ugly.
