      Pros

      Great product, clear roadmap for the future. The team is great, everyone is friendly, easy to talk to, and willing to help out each other. A lot of work sponsored events. Flexible schedule, work life balance is great.

      Cons

      No 401k matching. Health insurance is acceptable, but not great

      Pros

      Great place to grow within CS/CX. Great support from management and leadership.

      Cons

      The only con was when Dell bought them out, it led to some layoffs.
