      Pros

      One of the best recreation facility in the city and it is freely available to staff of MRU. The benefits and pay is great and the people are nice.

      Cons

      The one thing I find that is a downside is the monthly parking fees.

      Pros

      Close to home, recreation pass for free, Xmas time off with pay, great student activity and participation, energetic halls and activities

      Cons

      Parking too expensive, mgmt receive raises but the hard workers below don't, government funding causes budget concerns, mismanagement of these funds at higher level causes further tension
