My immediate team and direct manager were great and really supportive.

The office culture was poor and the overall company management was awful. People felt pressured to stay way later than working hours even if they didn't have anything left to get done. Some people in the office were reluctant to go to HR because it became clear they didn't have the employees best interests in mind. In our office in particular, promotions and raises were basically non-existent and turnover was very high.
