Multi Channel Network interview questions

2 stages of interviews. Very casual but also professional First interview was with an Account Executive and Group Sales Manager that worked in the team. The second interview was with another Group Sales Manager who I assume was there in order to provide a second opinion.

Completely unprofessional. They gave me very little notice for the interview, but I made it work. I turned up to the office on time and was surprised to see that there was no receptionist desk. I had to ask one of the workers to find the person that I was meant to be interviewing with. I was brought to their kitchen area and my interviewers came to find me 15 mins later. My time is just as valuable as the employers. The interview itself was very casual. Oh, and another thing, the salary they offered was ridiculously low ($40K for a graduate position). I should have seen this coming as they didn't post the salary on the job ad, but being a young and desperate graduate I went to the interview despite my intuitions. Honestly, it was a complete waste of time. And they didn't even have the decency to reject me.
