Pros
Company is a great place to work, engineers are looked after. Doesn’t come without its flaws but by far the best place I’ve worked. Great team feel between engineers.
Cons
Management can expect a lot sometimes but are also very appreciate when helping the company out. Like any field service role there’s the issue of not knowing when you are finishing.
