      Pros

      The company pays pretty well across the board. There are a lot of great benefits including a stellar insurance plan. The company has been profitable year after year, despite economic downturns that effected other companies - seeing 100% growth over the last 7 years.

      Cons

      The company is slow to embrace change. There are not a whole lot of forward thinkers in the company and those that are forward thinkers are quelled in their attempt to bring about change and are even ostracized for speaking up. Multivac is a hard company to come into as a newcomer and even more so as a woman because there is a bit of a good ole boy system going on at all levels in the company where "new" and "change" is looked upon as if it were a bad thing.

      - Quality product and a leader in the industry - Decent benefits

      Cons

      - New product lines released with little to no training to employees - Many middle management roles added in the last few years when more working jobs are needed - Long hours with little to no recognition, compensation or appreciation of work completed. The reward is additional work, resulting in less quality output. - Negative and toxic work environment with finger pointing among departments and individuals
