Average experience - Sales Assistant Myer Employee Review

Upper management was demanding and unaccommodating. The Myer One feedback system was unfair in its structure of rating employees which led to a few of my team members leaving their jobs/getting let go which caused anxiety and pressure for rest of team and created a stressful working environment.
