Pros
Some teams are still good. Decent pay and benefits. Cant think of anything else.
Cons
Tech team is extremely pplitocal right from the level of senior AVPs to TLs. Everyone is insecure about their position and want to surround themselves only with their boot-lickers. Others will get screwed. Performance review is mostly based on your relationship with your bosses.They usually decide what rating to give first and then come up with justifications, rather than the other way around. They value Presentation skills more than technical skills. Good engineers stay away.
