      - Good management, even when the project situation was hard, all of our managers did their best; - Salaries are good, and entrepreneurship support is great; - Academy inside of the N-iX is really nice;

      - No salary review yet in almost a year; - Not much projects to switch inside the company in Flutter;

      Pros

      HHRR are very nice & supportive.. which is the only thing worth at the company

      Cons

      Management is crazy and has lost direction. Delivery is pretty bad; different teams cannibalise to get projects. I had never seen something like that... I don't recommend it. If sales fail to get new projects, you'll be fired next month. No bench at all.
