      Jobs in the NHS impact the public and provide an essential service for our country. The pay is reasonable from an early stage and employee benefits are good. The people are friendly and mostly like-minded in wanting to 'do-good'. 20% off Nando's!

      Many inefficient processes due to lack of funding, many areas understaffed or not properly trained again due to lack of funding.
