Pros
However the doctors are great and do a great job at caring for patients.
Cons
- There is no career progression within this place because they are always understaffed so you can GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE OVERWORKED DAILY. -This is an awful place to work in. - Management tend to bully individuals on a daily basis as well as Harras them. - Nothing is kept confidential and no support is offered. - No training is given to staff members nor regular performance reviews. -On days you are sick, you will be pressured to come into work because of management's inability to retain staff and treat them right. -There is an extremely high staff turnover. - That speaks for itself. You are made to feel guilty for being ill even though you can not control being ill and even if you are on holiday you are still pestered by staff high up to do things are come back to work early (that is ofcourse if you ever get any holiday off). - This workplace has a do not tolerate abuse to staff which actually does not, I repeat DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING. Patients come in on a daily basis and will shout at you and scream and demand things and in some cases get violent too. - When you report it to management, instead of support you get penalised further and stressed more because management don't care to offer the correct support.
