Secure job - Booking Clerk NHS Employee Review

Half hour ‘lunch break’ for all employees in all departments. Can only eat and run back to continue working; cannot go to explore other relevant departments that would enhance the connection to current job activity. Constant and most often loud radio noise in office environments where patients are being contacted by phone. Patients have said ‘It’s noisy there, isn’t it?’ It is a terrible embarrassment of accepted NHS office culture.
