Cons
Nothing significant if you are willing to work hard. People that have difficulty are invariably negative whiners who do not want to work and want everything handed to them. They also do not appreciate the many positive aspects of working here. The vast majority of employees love the working environment and camaradie. The small minority who are lazy and unhappy with their lives should look elsewhere for employment.
