      Flexibility and good work hours.

      Cons

      Management don't know what they are doing and run the business based on their bonus rather than what's good for the company. They all lack the knowledge and experience required to make this company successful.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
