      *Benefits: --Insurance is VERY affordable and covers well. --M/D Totco Division offers work truck (service body), gas card, laptop, and cell phone. You may drive the vehicle anywhere you please and use the gas card for free gas on vacation etc.. Must let manager know if trip will be over 1,000 miles one way. --80 Hours of paid vacation upon start. --401K with up to 6% match. 100% vested from day one. --Employee benefits website for various discounts.

      Cons

      --Hard work 50% of the time. --Long hours 50% of the time. -- 24 Hour on call for days ON.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
