      Pros

      Good company, nice workplace, not stressful in terms of boss - employee relationship, pretty casual in terms of communication.

      Cons

      In my case - I had an independent project, so it was pretty tough to communicate with others, was given some false promises as well in terms of job that I was meant to do. Nonetheless, if working in a team, I guess it could be significantly better.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
