NOV is a stable company and always growing It offers oil and gas experience and opportunity around the globe if you can get approval from your manager. They provide good health care and an acceptable matching 401K
Cons
The company has a very horizontal structure with little opportunity to advance upward, mostly from one equal position to another. Difficult to move through the divisions inside the company. Some of the management is unfavorable and the HR department does not act on improving anything. Pay is below average for the industry
