Pros
NOV is a company who invests in it's employees training and advancement. Keeps advancing with new technologies and improves on the older proven technologies to keep a good financial position in the industry. It's business model is excellent.
Cons
The salaries lag behind others in the same field. Needs to move more to a field service company in some of it's products to help diversify in the industry.
