Pros
Executive team is visionary and was able to execute excellent growth until the acquisition of Wilson. Since then it seems the company can't manage any more grow. The company is good with providing appropriate tools to employee for executing their jobs. Benefits are slightly above average.
Cons
Work-life balance is generally good, although it depends on the position a lot. The company, at least through training, promotes a high ethical standard. Information Technology is proactive in general, but at times it tries to dictate operations rather than supporting them.
