      Work life balance is good if you have a good boss. Opportunity for moving up is available if you are in the right place at the right time or are willing to relocate. Opportunity for developing skills with outside trainings. Benefits are average.

      Cons

      Pay is considerably lower than industry standard pretty much across the board. Business can be volatile depending on the market.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
