NPower Response
2yThank you for your candid and concerned feedback. I want to address your comments and suggest a way for your voice to be heard. Our CEO is quite open to ideas and feedback. Our recent employee engagement survey demonstrated that loud and clear with an 88% company confidence rate, as does her willingness to conduct regular small-group sessions with front-line program staff where employees feel free to speak their minds. The 2030 Strategic Plan (which is publicly available on our website) included significant input from staff members at all levels. As you may know from the work that went into our strategic plan, NPower is undergoing a period of change as we adopt new practices and technology – for some that change will be energizing, but we realize it may be uncomfortable for some.
Both NPower’s strategic and financial plan has the support of the Board of Directors who regularly review our performance--including the leadership of our CEO--both in committees and at full board.
Since you have chosen to remain at NPower despite your concerns, we encourage you to offer constructive, solutions-oriented feedback either directly to your supervisor, to our CAO or CEO, or through HR. All ideas are welcome and valued.
