      Pros

      During Covid office staff was able to WFH. Some locations and upper management allowed WFH afterwards depending on the situation If HR approved. There were some great leaders and managers that really care about each employee. Working with these people made each day enjoyable. This was one of the most challenging and rewarding opportunities I was able to experience.

      Cons

      The leadership was lacking in certain aspects and departments. Upper management is too far removed to fully understand how over worked office and warehouse staff are during peak and off seasons. Lots of SOPs but not sufficient training to assist staff successfully execute each one.

      Opportunity for growth and advancement. Employer listens to feedback and acts on it. Brand new facility. Great brands in the facility.

      Lots of new team members as there is lots of work.

      You get your steps in for the day

      Cons

      You’re lucky if you get 8 hours of work. Whatever your job is forget it. You will end up working as a picker or replenisher majority of the time. Way to many contradicting rules that applies only to the worker but not the supervisors or the supervisors buddies. If you’re favored by one of the supervisors you’ll get ahead of not you’re stuck in whatever position you have. No pay raises after your probation period, 6 months or 1 year. Overtime is mandatory. You don’t get to choose if you want it or not. And if you don’t show up for this mandatory OT you will get written up. They will literally threaten you to write you up for every single little thing. Got sick and called out 2 days? Write up. Management doesn’t care about you.
