      Pros

      During Covid office staff was able to WFH. Some locations and upper management allowed WFH afterwards depending on the situation If HR approved. There were some great leaders and managers that really care about each employee. Working with these people made each day enjoyable. This was one of the most challenging and rewarding opportunities I was able to experience.

      Cons

      The leadership was lacking in certain aspects and departments. Upper management is too far removed to fully understand how over worked office and warehouse staff are during peak and off seasons. Lots of SOPs but not sufficient training to assist staff successfully execute each one.

      Pros

      Company is big on driving accountability and performance and really invest in their leaders and leadership strategies. Schedules are flexible and work is challenging and fun. They are growing at a fast pace and advancement opportunities keep getting created. Lots of internal promotion opportunities.

      Cons

      Growth has its challenges. Some disorganization and disconnect in practice and policies when expanding as fast as they are. Teams can get a bit stressed, but the org is doing a better job at forecasting future personnel needs.
