Pros
Very easy work/life balance. 35 hr work week. tuition reimbursement if you don't have a BA/BS yet. Generally an easy going management group. Really enjoyed most of the personalities that I worked with. Outside of HR they are generally good people.
Cons
No tuition support for post BA/BS. Lots of "lifers", positions in management always cite a college degree but promotions seem to always go to lifers over education. Its a weird hybrid of the worst aspects of Japanese and American management practices.
