The office environment is very positive and feels like a garden — calm and refreshing. Many top leaders, including the CEO, are grounded and open to quality approaches and new ideas. The culture is also commendable. The company is involved in environmental care through NGO activities and meaningful efforts. Online processes are smooth, and security is strong. They provide flexibility to work from anywhere rather than restricting employees. The organization is supportive during emergencies or difficult times and actively reaches out to offer assistance — this shows a strong and caring culture. I experienced many ups and downs during my 7.3 years here, but in conclusion, I can honestly say I gained significant personal and professional growth. The rest depends on how you choose to spend your time and utilize the opportunities provided.

did experience a period without project allocation; however, the company did not terminate my employment and showed patience and support during that time, which I appreciated. The company policies themselves are not bad, but sometimes the experience depends on how individual leaders interpret or implement them. I encountered one instance of poor leadership and micromanagement, but the issue was eventually resolved by senior leadership above that person. The positive part is that if you raise your concerns in the right and professional manner, they are usually heard. At times, you may feel overlooked for rewards or new opportunities, especially if you remain neutral or less visible. Being proactive and expressing your interest clearly is important. I learned after leaving that the company introduced variable components in the compensation structure; during my tenure, compensation was mostly fixed. Occasionally, employees may need to directly inform the allocation team about available project openings instead of waiting to be assigned. This is not uncommon but is something to be aware of.
