1)Biased managers towards co-workers.
2)HR is all operational. There is no strategy.
3)Poor responsiveness of the HR team members managing insurance process, exit process. My friend had to follow up so much for his ins claim
4) Tenure based promotion- Have not heard anywhere in the industry, No weightage to skill , potential and performance
5) No track on actual working hours. Organization must be running with lack of productivity in terms of work hours. Some colleague step in at 10:30 AM and leave work at 6:00 PM.
