11yThank you for leaving such a positive review of Nagarro. This tells us that we are moving in the right direction. As you mentioned, we are working on making sure that HR is stronger and more transparent as we go along. Policies are being revised and renewed (we are growing really fast, so some things need some catching up to do).
Minimal bureaucracy is our mantra and you have caught it right. As for your advice to the management, yes this is something that we are trying to do more often. Senior management has started addressing people in all geographies more regularly to address this exact concern.
