Thank you for taking the time for a review. Let me try to address the areas of improvement that you mentioned in your review - I absolutely agree with the pros.
Yes, we can always be more agile, but we already are some. There are teams within Nagarro which are hyper agile with highly evolved DevOps setups; there are those who are more traditionally agile; and there are those who simply aren't. The choice of how agile we can be is also influenced by the clients we work with.
We can also be more agile at the organizational level and adopt some of the techniques we use in projects and customer engagements. This is something that is very interesting to us and we are working on it.
Finally, it can be argued though that more processes doesn't necessarily mean less agility. In order to scale (and we have large plans to scale), a process framework is a basic requirement. Our endeavor is to have a set of processes which are lean and not bureaucracy-laden. For this reason, we also continuously evolve the way we do things.
If you have specific feedback for any of the processes we have, or if you would like to understand why we have some of them, I encourage you to reach out to the process team and initiate a discussion. We love to hear feedback.
Once again, thanks for taking the time to give a review on Glassdoor.
