      Thanks for an awesome review. Yes, we are an awesome place to work. Regarding your advice on bench management, I do agree that we always improve, but I must tell you that management of people on bench is something that we focus on quite rigorously. We don't like to maintain a very large bench (compared to other IT services companies) but whatever we do have, we are trying to get better at managing. I would be interested in listening to any specific suggestions or observations you have in this regard. If you would like to do this, please reach out to me in the office.       1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
