Thank you for leaving this feedback here at Glassdoor. I think you are absolutely right about more focus on training and development of support functions. And I am happy to report to you that this is something that we are working on. We are currently consolidating support functions so that there are senior folks dedicated-ly responsible for them and all the people in these functions.
Additionally, we are rolling out a people management system through which we will also be tracking the development goals of each person in the company.
These things combined should bring the necessary focus needed to non-engineering folks as well. Thank you for bringing this up and thank you for your review.

Very flexible and understanding, committed to growing your knowledge
1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided.
2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company.
3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt.
4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails.
5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage.
6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused.
7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
