      1. availability of projects 2. average compensation

      Cons

      1. No WFH even if they claim WFH. They'll call you saying it is client requirement. 2. Additional pays such as allocation and organization bonus are not given citing less business and other excuses such as setting some target which is not possible to meet. And the giving excuse that since we don't meet the target no additional payouts. 3. HR will act like gods 3. Pantry could have been more worst. 4. Location could have been more worst

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
