Pros

Smart, hardworking colleagues across many teams. Exposure to large-scale marketing operations and performance-driven environments. Fast-paced setting where you can learn quickly if you’re proactive.

Cons

In my experience, it wasn’t a good fit for me, and I think it’s important for candidates to understand the environment before joining. The culture felt very top-down, with limited opportunities for upward feedback or open discussion. Decisions often seemed driven by short-term targets rather than long-term planning, which created a lot of pressure and frequent shifts in priorities. Job security felt uncertain. Layoffs and reorganizations happened regularly, and many teams experienced high turnover. That made it hard to build stability or plan ahead. Management expectations could be demanding, and communication sometimes felt reactive rather than collaborative. At times it felt like optics and hitting numbers mattered more than sustainable processes or employee development. There are talented, hardworking people here, but overall I found the environment stressful and unpredictable. Others may have a different experience, but for me it wasn’t a place where I felt supported or confident long term. I’d encourage anyone considering the role to ask detailed questions about culture, expectations, and stability to decide if it’s the right fit for them.

Pros

Genuinely strong lead flow — leads come through the system automatically, so you are not cold calling. Commission is uncapped and the program is something I can stand behind: no upfront fees to clients, and real reductions in principal balances. Fully remote, with the flexibility to schedule your own callbacks for overtime. Free company-paid life insurance, 401(k) with employer match and a Roth option, and the shift bidding system gives you real control over your schedule. Training is thorough — roughly eight weeks before going live. The income model works if you put in the reps consistently.

Cons

Base pay is modest, so the first few months on the floor while you ramp can feel light — commission is where the real money is. The monthly cleared threshold resets every cycle with no carryover, which creates real pressure at the start of each month. The tier structure above the threshold is not documented in one clean reference, so you piece it together over time. Spiffs and short-term bonuses are announced ad hoc, so you cannot plan around them in advance. Some calls are just tough — low-debt unqualified leads or hard-to-understand audio.
