The agency clearly is looking toward the future and so there is opportunity for those who want to be part of that effort
Cons
The agency's budget doesn't match its rhetoric and for some reason the agency cant upgrade its technology despite years of investment. I work in IT but its really acquisition and contractors do all the work and I manage the contracts and contractors.
