      Working from home, pay and bonus structure

      Cons

      Out of touch and unorganized leadership, terrible work life balance, need to work every Saturday and evening. Terrible flexibility. Holiday time off is denied. They really don't care for the remote doctors at all.

      Pros

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
