Pros

It's a pretty consistant 40 hour work week except a few slow periods and a few rush periods. Nothing about the job is difficult until you get promoted unless there is a rush of work. Optional overtime is often available.

Cons

The pay is very low. Starting wage with no experience is less than a dollar above minimum wage. There is a very high turnover rate. At the factory and national level the managers care very little about the employees. I have witnessed plant managers disrespect workers is various ways ranging from screaming at an employee for a minor mistake all the way to one manager lying about shipments in order to lower the weekly production bonus.

Pros

Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

Cons

They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
