      Discounts for family and friends with coupons and a free pair of glasses every yr. You can possibly make a bonus if your numbers are up

      Cons

      Work hard but you don’t feel appreciate when it comes to your pay. Managers don’t cross train the employees and when your good at something they tend to keep you in the same position. No room for growth.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
