      Pros

      The associates and store managers are amazing! It truly is a great environment to work in. I have learned so much from this company.

      Cons

      The pay is not the best, and while I work 32-40 hours per week I am not full time. I need benefits and can not get them, and there is no tuition help for employees who are students, only children of employees.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
