      Pros

      I've been working here many, many years and for the most part I enjoy what I do.

      Cons

      They do not pay the assistant eyeglass managers enough so it is very hard to find good quality employees. I'm pretty much forced to just hire a "warm body", which is what they train is not to do, but I have no choice. Turnover is very high so GM's have to spend so much time hiring and training new people so it is hard to focus on the business.

      Pros

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
