      Pros

      Have worked for this Company 7 years. NVI Invested in me by providing me training & feedback. Since joining (and putting in some hardwork) I have been promoted 3 times. My story is not uncommon among the tenured employees. Don't plan on leaving anytime soon. CEO & other SVPs care about their employees and work hard to promote from within.

      The Benefit package is OK.

      Pros

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
