      Pros

      In my 23 years in the optical industry I have never felt such satisfaction to be part of a movement to serve my community. This truly is a fulfilling experience.

      Cons

      You are challenged every day. To many this is an obsticle. To me this is a blessing. To grow as a person and feel achievement on a daily basis is far more rewarding than finding comfort in monotony and predictability.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
