      National vision cares about their employees as much as their customers. This company has culture of helping people by offering low prices and great service. We have a great warranty that we are happy to honor.

      Entry level pay is pretty low so sometimes it’s hard to recruit good people.

      Pros

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
