National Vision does have specific hiring standards for hiring Licensed Dispensing Opticians; there may be times when the blanket term "optician" is used to refer to sales associates, who are not licensed.       Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
