      I love the people I work with. Also we have great clientele. The customers are like Family.

      Cons

      Upper Management doesn't care about the associates on The Floor Level. Doesn't matter how Good you are.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
