      Being able to offer affordable eyewear to our community, developing lasting patient relationships.

      Cons

      Middle management has unrealistic expectations, anyone above store.management is not interested in helping to find decent staff. Do more work with less staff, and here let's reduce your commission while we are at it.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
