      I enjoy working for a company where there is growth, my DM is supportive. The company is always looking for ways to make our jobs more efficient. The company does a great job at keeping up with training and development.

      High turn over, so you're Constantly hiring and training new associates.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
