      Hour lunch . Very easy system to process order was extremely efficient and error proof . Cross training allowed for easy flow of the store

      Cons

      Horrible management .inadequate to the patient experience . I felt as if I was up selling too much to patients made patients distrusts opticians better training . Bad pay for your actual position opticians are taken for granted and handed too much responsibility then there actual pay

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
