      I did not find much positive in my time there

      National Vision creates a toxic work environment. Caters to the nonworkers, bullies, and toxic individuals, but does little to support their hard-working and devoted team members

      Pros

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
