      Our hours are great, even for management when you are at full staff.

      Cons

      Not enough flexibility with pay raises for all employees. We wait till an employee wants to leave before offering them a suitable dollar amount.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
